A warm one - both in temperature and in everything else. We'd actually met Maruša & Miha two years earlier, during a studio shoot, so by the time their wedding day came around, we already knew exactly how easy they were to work with.

Between the church ceremony and the civil ceremony at the castle, there was barely a quiet moment - and that energy only grew once we realized half the guest list felt familiar too. One of the couples there was actually a former Albaré couple themselves, which meant we spent the day surrounded by people we already considered friends, photographing two more who were quickly becoming the same.

That's the part that stays with us about this one. It never felt like walking into a room of strangers. It felt like showing up to celebrate with people we already knew - which, by the end of the day, we did.
